Brychan leads RJC Group’s North American business, covering technology and risk recruitment across the USA and Canada. He works with trading houses, utilities and financial firms to connect them with outstanding specialist talent, while supporting candidates to take the best next steps in their careers.

He has been with RJC for six years, building his entire recruitment career with the company. Originally studying Business with Law at university, Brychan considered a legal career before deciding to give recruitment a try — a decision that has shaped his career ever since. His early telesales experience, selling a range of products from solar panels to life insurance, gave him the resilience and communication skills that underpin his approach nowadays.
